New York City’s most famous landmark, the Empire State Building, now houses New York’s number one brewery, a two-story 450-seat Heartland equipped with two large bars and four giant flat-screen TV’s. Our full-service restaurant breathes new life into an area overrun with fast food chains. More than just a watering hole with great beer, we offer both visitors and locals excellent food and a feeling of home that only Heartland can offer. Tip: St. Louis style ribs while downing a few pints of Smiling Pumpkin Ale!
This place is amazing. Great service and really delicious food. It were 6 of us and everybody were very happy. We ordered steaks and pasta. Penne vodka was awesome. Usually the pink sauce is very heavy, so i could never finish the whole plate by myself. But this time one portion was not even enough. Also the wait time for the food was so much better than most of the other restaurants. Delicious food, good service, short wait time, what else you need?
Maybe someone not gonna like that 18% is included, but as for me it's totally fine. Probably that's because of high volume of tourists that don't leave the tips. The waiters work too hard, so they deserve to be appreciated. 20% is a normal tip in New York (for a good service). Some people don't realize that most of waiters work only for tips, so if you don't leave anything then they serve you for free. Who's gonna work for free???
Would definitely recommend this place.
