The food was great that is what saved our experience. But front of the house management and the servers were slow in everything they did. We were seated quickly but we waited around 15 minutes for our server to greet us. When he finally did he took our drink orders quickly then left for roughly 20-30minutes. In that time we didn't receive any of our drinks. Our food arrived before our drinks and it was very good. The friend pickles were delicious. Finally he came over slowly (1 by 1) with our drinks. At this point we were frustrated. Our dining experience took roughly 3hours. If you are in a rush don't go here.

The chicken and chips was delicious, crispy fried chicken. Christian was the bartender during happy hour and served everyone fair and quick, offered great service and made a great experience for my group. Definitely worth the buck too!

This is a fantastic burger place. We chose because of the high Google review rating and it did not disappoint. Lively atmosphere, really friendly waiters and a great burger menu. Also great selection of beers and wine.

You go to a restaurant for: great food, great drinks and great service. Look no further, they are here. I particularly recommend the beef burger (made with sirloin, prime rib and roast) or the veggie burger (both outstanding) and the dark Bavarian lager. Prost!

Great burger and good service. Was a big fan of the buffalo style burger. Lots of seating and pretty good for groups. Reasonably priced considering how close it is to times square.
