I love the burgers here amd the craft beer,I usually get a kobe beef burger with whatever beer is in the season at the time,The downside is since this is near the major tourist destinations its priced somewhat high but the food is good enough to overcome that hurdle

The food was more than okay, in fact it was quite good. The only(major) problem was the service or lack thereof. I usually don't write reviews good or bad but it was so bad I had to tell someone. Hope your experience will be much better than mine, because the kobe beef burger is pretty good. But the wait staff service left the bad taste in my mouth.

We visited Manhattan for a week and I had several places on my list to try; HB Burger was on this list and they did not disappoint. I had combed the New York "Best of" reviews, through several local magazines and this place is one that was on all of the lists. If I'm not mistaken it was # 3, or # 5 on most of those "best of" for burgers. I had the regular HB burger which is Flank, Chuck, and Prime Rib mixed together; it was really tasty and very reasonably priced for the area. In addition the regular fries are good too. My kid and wife really liked the hand made tater tot's, there a house specialty! We ended up going twice because it was so good the first time. The first night our server was David and he was great; the second night we had a younger women and she was really bad, but it was about the food and it was great! My wife had a summer beer with some kind of fruit in the blend; she loved it!
