The HB burger was great. The fries leave a lot to be desired, especially after they cool down: limp and lifeless.
The atmosphere is fun and warm. Lighting is perfect. Good place for a quick casual meal or night out after work.

Had the burger as just arrived of the plane and wanted some true American fare. It was cooked spot on. Also had the paddle of 6 beers. Could easily have had a 23 Oz of each. Great service. Loved it.

Fries and burger both pretty cold when served. Taste was fine, but ... cold fries are sad. Maker's Mark mint shake was a tasty side though.

Friendly wait staff. Time square prices and the food is pretty good. Just be aware that they don't serve beers that they don't brew. Everything is heartland brewery. I had the honey porter and it was decent!

Big place with a down stairs. Good selection of food and beer for a hamburger place. Good service. Food is always made well. A little pricy for a burger but that is the rate in that area of the city.
